Inspired by its balsamic notes, to make this bonbon we have associated it with Sansho pepper, lemon and fresh rosemary. It consists of a dark chocolate ganache with fresh rosemary along with a gelified lemon filling with Sansho pepper from Kochi, Japan. We have molded the chocolate with black chocolate, but before we gave it a green effect.
